Welcome to the Modify Your Life Podcast, where transformation meets revelation, and where our journey towards self-improvement unfolds one episode at a time. I'm your host, Anthony Lopez, also known as 'Heavy to Modified,' and I'm joined by my cohost, the equally transformed Frankie, who goes by 'Modified Frankie.' Today, we're diving deep into a story of personal growth, discipline, and the pursuit of a new chapter in our lives.
In this episode, we take you through a remarkable journey of self-transformation as I prepare for a bodybuilding show. From the moody days to the disciplined nights, we'll share the highs and lows of my endeavor to sculpt my body into a work of art.
But the main focus of this podcast episode is a deeply personal and transformative experience - my skin removal surgery. Together with Frankie, we've embarked on an incredible path to shed not only the excess weight but also the physical and emotional burdens of our past. We'll reveal the challenges, the triumphs, and the moments of self-discovery that came with this life-changing surgery.
And that's not all – our story takes another exciting turn. Despite the hurdles and challenges of our past, we've decided to take the next step in our journey of self-improvement and start a family. Given my history of being over 600 pounds and Frankie's remarkable journey of shedding over 130 pounds, it's clear that the timing may not have been ideal in the past. But now, after putting in the hard work and dedication to transform our lives, we feel ready to welcome a new life into our world. In this episode, we'll share our thoughts, hopes, and the process of taking this significant step in our lives.
Join us on Modify Your Life as we explore the raw, unfiltered, and inspiring stories of our journey towards transformation and self-discovery. It's a podcast that celebrates the power of determination, the courage to face our past, and the excitement of embracing a brighter future. We invite you to be a part of this incredible journey with us."
