Niki here! In this episode, I share a lot about my fascination with ancestral and parental cycles and how I've been reflecting on my own upbringing since finding out I was going to have a daughter. Like anything else, we become better when we recognize our patterns and unlearn the negatives to continue to evolve into better beings.
