Before partnering with Lewis, Craig had been seeking to become an entrepreneur again and challenge himself.
They were comfortable with their previous way of doing things, but they realized the automation that Warrior Cloud provided was a conduit to expanding their business.
Craig's biggest obstacle was getting out of his comfort zone, especially being in front of the camera. He realized that he was his own villain.
Craig also talks about the benefits of the automation process, offering upsells and order bumps, and the seasoning of the student prior to getting to class.
