Hey, it's Ryan G here with WarriorCloud.io, and I'm excited to share some powerful insights with you that my partner in crime, Tiffany, and I were discussing this morning. We were chatting about the five levels of awareness a person can be in and why it's essential to understand them to grow your business.
Here are the five levels of awareness that we talked about:
🔥 Unaware - This is when a person doesn't know that your product or service exists.
🔥 Problem aware - They know they have a problem, but they don't understand that a solution exists.
🔥 Solution aware - They know there's a solution to their problem, but they're not aware of your product or service yet.
🔥 Provider aware - They're aware of your product or service and are researching to compare providers and prices.
🔥 Most aware - They're aware of your product or service, like and trust you, and are ready to take action.
The mistake that most firearms instructors make is that they only market to the customers in the most aware phase. This is a big mistake because less than 5% of people are in this phase. Most marketing dollars are wasted marketing to the 5% of people already aware of your product or service.
To be effective, your marketing strategy must target customers at every stage of the buyer's journey. By doing this, you can attract customers who are at the problem-aware and solution-aware stages and nurture them to become provider aware and most aware.
Here are five bullet points to help you target customers at every stage of the buyer's journey:
🔥 Identify your ideal customer persona - Who is your perfect customer, and what are their pain points?
🔥 Create content that addresses their pain points - Write blog posts, create videos, and offer solutions to their problems.
🔥 Use social media to target problem-aware customers - Use Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to target customers who are experiencing the pain you can solve.
🔥 Use retargeting ads to target solution-aware customers - Once a customer has visited your website, use retargeting ads to keep your product or service top of mind.
🔥 Use email marketing to nurture leads - Use email marketing to build a relationship with your leads and move them to the next stage of the buyer's journey.
Don't make the mistake of only marketing to the most aware customers. By understanding the five levels of awareness and targeting customers at every stage of the buyer's journey, you can attract more customers and grow your business.
