Hey, what's up, guys? Ryan G with WarriorCloud.io, and I have a special guest, a living legend in the world of firearms training, marketing, and future billionaire - my partner, Lincoln. We've just finished conceal carry classes in Brandon and are heading to Tampa for some shooting classes tonight. It's going to be amazing.

Today, I want to talk about something crucial for men, entrepreneurs, and, in fact, anyone who wants to achieve success in their life. We all have days when we wake up and don't feel like doing anything. It's a lot easier to lay in bed all day, but what separates highly successful people from the rest of the world is that they do things even when they don't feel like it.

Over the years, Lincoln has been my partner in every single class, and he never complains. He does everything with a smile, no matter how challenging or tiring. This level of commitment and dedication sets him apart from the rest of the young entrepreneurs out there.

Here are five key takeaways from our conversation:

  1. Doing things you don't want to do is crucial for success. As I mentioned earlier, highly successful people do things even when they don't feel like it. They don't let their feelings dictate their actions. Instead, they prioritize their goals and do whatever it takes to achieve them.

  2. Family businesses can be a great way to teach essential skills to your children. My mentor, Myron, once said that as a parent, it's not your job to play with your children. Your job is to teach them the value of hard work and dedication. You can teach your kids essential skills like communication, problem-solving, and decision-making by involving your kids in your family business.

  3. Pay your children well and encourage their good ideas. If you want your kids to work with you, you need to create a family business that is successful and profitable. By paying your children well and encouraging their good ideas, you can inspire them to follow in your footsteps and become successful entrepreneurs in their own right.

  4. Communicating with different people is a valuable skill As a firearms trainer, I often work with a diverse range of people, from millionaires to struggling single mothers. Knowing how to communicate with different types of people is essential. Lincoln has developed this skill by working with me and interacting with various students.

  5. Dedication and hard work are the keys to success in firearms training. Becoming a successful firearms trainer takes years of hard work, dedication, and a commitment to continuous learning.
