Throughout Scripture, we see moments where God's people face loss, yet He provides a path to restoration. Noah, after faithfully following God, experienced both the blessing of his sons and the sorrow of a family wound (Genesis 5:32; 9:24-25). Likewise, David, in 1 Samuel 30, sought the Lord after suffering great loss and was commanded to pursue, overtake, and recover all. This sermon highlights the importance of seeking God’s direction in times of hardship, trusting that He not only restores what was lost but also positions us for greater purpose.
