People are hurting in this world, and most of the time, we are unaware of it. But if we pause and look and listen, our world needs compassion. Families are dealing with crises, turmoil, heartaches, and undesirable situations. We must look around us and have compassion for those who are hurting. I’ve found that we do not need to look far. Right next to us is someone who needs us to show them compassion. Compassion does not require a degree. It does not require seminary school; it does not require money and education; all it requires is a heart that loves. Compassion reveals the heart of God in us. Let us show compassion today and be a blessing to those around us and unto the Lord.
