Psalms 30:5 NIV
For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.
Are you a recipient of God's mercy? Yes, Yes you are a recipient of God’s mercy. Mercy is something that we do not deserve, but it is given to us by the mercies of God. We are all recipients of God’s mercy. There is no one on the planet that is not a recipient of God’s mercy. Do not forget no matter who you are, you are a recipient of God’s mercy.
Sometimes you need to pause, take a deep breath, and thank God that you are a recipient of God’s mercy. When you look back on the things that God has brought you through, the things that he saved you from, you must see his mercy and his grace.
We get upset that God corrects us, but it is because of his love. He confronts you because he loves you. His love proves that you are the recipient of God’s mercy. Some of the things we forget to thank God for, may he bring it back to your memory. Thank him for it. Can you remember when God sent help your way, healed you, and delivered you? You are a recipient of God’s mercy.
Do not take God’s mercy for granted. He delights to show mercy. You are a recipient of God’s mercy. Thank him and receive mercy today.
