Thanksgiving Prayer:
Father, forgive me for not being thankful for what money cannot buy: your goodness and your mercy. Lord, I am thankful today for your goodness towards me; I am in awe of your mercy. Lord, I don't deserve your mercy, and I don't deserve your grace, but because of your love towards me, you've extended mercy... Love and grace to me. Lord, I thank you today for life, health, and strength. I thank you, Lord, for my family and my health; you are a good God. Thank you for loving me, Jesus, for protecting me and my home, giving love to me when all I deserved was your wrath. Lord, you have been my dwelling place in times of loneliness and despair, and for this, I am thankful. Oh, Lord, please forgive me if I have been ungrateful in not saying thanks. Today, I thank you, Lord, for being in my life and for caring for me when no one else did. You, Lord, see the best in me; thank you. Lord, your goodness and your mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and your mercies truly endure forever. Thank you for being you, Lord. Yes, you are good, and your mercy endures forever.
