Memory is amazing, and to say that God remembers is today that he never forgets because he’s God. He cannot forget his promises. God remembers his covenant forever; he remembers what he promised to Abraham and the children of Israel. He fulfills his promises, and he remains consistent in what he says. God’s love for us causes him to remember us and his promises and covenant toward us. God is faithful, and that is His Character.
Yes, it might take a while to walk into what God has promised, but because God remembers his promises for a thousand generations, he is faithful to bring them to pass. Our God does not lie, and his promises will stand because his character is faithful. He never fails. What would God not do for us if he gave us his son Jesus? What will he not give us?
He is faithful, and his promises stand forever. We can trust that our God remains faithful and consistent. He remembers and makes it all work for your good and my good.
