Hebrews 12:2, KJV
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

We live in a world today that is filled with so many distractions. You will realize that we are on a Battlefield for attention; Unfortunately that is how the world has been designed and might I add that it seems to have a weekly or maybe even daily upgrade in its design as the years go by.
There are thousands of Channels to watch, so many Apps to download for entertainment purposes, so many Social media Platforms with the compelling power to grab your attention and Keep you Hooked for Hours just scrolling endlessly, and I could go on and on and on.
When you get to a certain point in your life, you will realize that most of these World-based attention-grabbing things are satisfactory to the Flesh while the Spirit man is slowly dying and is becoming gradually weak. I always say that "whatever you feed will grow" and as believers in Jesus Christ we most always feed the Spirit man with the Word of God that will allow us to have control over the flesh.
That said, I now want to turn your attention to Hebrews 12:2, which will certainly feed your Spirit.
"Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God."
The first three (3) words in that verse said: "Looking unto Jesus" it matters that we keep our eye focused on Jesus irrespective of how distracted this world gets; The Goal of the enemy is to shift our focus towards the things of this temporal world and steer us away from any and every things pertaining to the things of God which are eternal and I must say that the enemy has succeeded with many in accomplishing this but in the Name of Jesus Christ this will not happen to you.
My brothers and Sisters in Christ; I pray that by the Help of the Holy Spirit you will always give your attention to that which is in alignment with the Will of God concerning your Life and to not be so consumed by the fleshly desires that this world brings. Your attention is valuable; make sure that it is being pointed towards things of value which can only come from God.
In your Finances Look to Jesus
In your Health Look to Jesus
In your Career Path, Look to Jesus
In your Education Look to Jesus
In all areas of your Life, Look to Jesus
