Thirst is natural for all of us; everyone gets thirsty at some point or another in their lives. There are many types of thirst: physical, emotional, loneliness, relationship, and the list goes on. We try to fill this thirst with different things, but nothing satisfies. The only one satisfied is water thirst because we all have access to or can get water at some point or another. But what do we do with emotional thirst, loneliness, and relational thirty? This can only be filled with a relationship with Christ. God does not require payment to fill this thirst. It was paid by Jesus on the cross, Jesus died with you on his mind, and he is the good shepherd who gives his life for his sheep. Jesus alone can satisfy. Be encouraged today that you can have your thirst satisfied through Jesus Christ.
