50 Cent Breaks Down Drake's Run At the Top
You can’t deny Drake’s success
It’s been 11 years strong and Drake is still on top.
How?
Melody.
If you want widespread/commercial success, your songs have to be sign along-able.
They gotta be easy to remember.
5 year old kids have to know the hook.
I hate Spongebob, but that theme song is easy to remember.
Same with State Farm, that jingle is easy to remember.
Piano keys make great melodies that easy to remember.
Saxophones can be annoying, but they are addicting to the ear.
If you rap, you need melody for people to remember.
People don’t care about the words until they care about the production.
What do you think?
Are melodies needed?
Has that attributes to Drake’s run?
