It's crunch time baby! It's the 4th quarter of 2023 and YOU have the power to get through it all. Your health is a priority, but you have to navigate all the crazy to participate in the game. Here are my 5 Basic Rules (I am sure there could be more), to help you get through the Holiday Gauntlet.
Rule 1 - Exercise - schedule it
Rule 2 - Stay hydrated
Rule 3 - Food Fun - enjoy the treats and comfort yummies, remember the 80/20 theory
Rule 4 - Keep Stress Down
Rule 5 - Appreciate Time - take time to enjoy it all, but take a little extra time to give yourself some love
