Description

Running has been in my life since 1990 and I ran my first marathon in my 40s. Back then , I was a late bloomer of sorts. Now people are retiring earlier, we are living longer and we are stronger than that of our parents and grandparents so trying something like RUNNING in your 50s, 60s and even 70s is not that far fetched.

Note: Please check with your physician before starting an exercise program or making changes to your current health plan. A complete check up with ensure you are ready to go.

I share a story about a client I recently coached for health and wellness. I wish she could have been interviewed, but she was on a family adventure in Costa Rico - you will get the full story by listening.

Starting to run needs to be done slowly- FAST does not make you a runner. SMART makes you a runner at any age.
