We all look forward to the day we retire. Gone will be the stress, the meetings, the performance reviews - you will now be in charge of your destiny. But what I am seeing on the health front from my retirees, aka SNOWBIRDS, is the Retirement Pooch. The excess weight gain due to more happy hours, dining out (sometimes more than once a day), social commitments and even traveling. Partying like it's 1999 is not an option - but you do have choices.
