Steven started his business career with UPS where he was on the leadership team for 34 of his 35 years. He spent 5 years in Europe as a Finance Director during UPS' initial international expansion.
After taking an early retirement, he moved into the entrepreneurial arena where he and is wife have started 4 businesses, including his Executive Coaching business, Flow Business Solution. He focuses on training business leaders to be true leaders, as opposed to managers.
Systems, processes and procedures should be managed. Employees should be led. In the process, he trains leaders to develop their employee's personal goals as well as training them for success and preparing them to assume greater responsibilities in the future.
