Dilsah's identity was stripped away at birth through child trafficking. Dilsah was then thrust into cultural extremes that left Dilsah feeling completely lost, and all the while not feeling connected with conventional gender roles.
Talk about an identity crisis!
Dilsah, who identifies as non-binary, which means they do not conform to traditional binary beliefs about gender, has come on the podcast to hold space for me to discuss the role ego and consciousness play in evolving beyond the current divisive argument on gender identity.
