Masud Bio:
Masud Roshan has spent 15 years overseeing a diverse set of international programs. Currently serving as the Co-Founder of Aperium Consultants, an advisory firm that helps tech startups use commercial off-the-shelf technology to support local and federal government agencies. He had also cofounded the largest nonprofit coed vocational college in Afghanistan that helped educate thousands of young women and men. His projects have been implemented in some of the most challenging operational environments in the world. They have spanned disaster relief, scientific research, supply chain, and logistics management; financial management and procurement; and security sector capacity building. He has lectured at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and the University of Maryland, College Park on national security, international commerce, and employment generation.
