Dane Miller is the owner and master coach of Garage Strength, one of the country’s most respected training centers for elite athletes and everyday humans alike. What began in his parents’ garage has grown into Pennsylvania’s premier hub for strength, athletic development, mobility, and lifestyle coaching. Known for his unique, intensive, and highly individualized training systems, Dane has built Garage Strength into a powerhouse—not just for weightlifting and track and field, but for long-term, holistic athlete development.

A certified International Level Coach with USA Weightlifting and USA Track & Field, Dane has trained Olympians, national champions, NCAA All-Americans, and athletes from multiple countries. He was on the ground in Tokyo for the 2021 Olympic Games and has served as team leader or coach for six Team USA squads. His methods draw from years of mentorship under legendary figures like Anatoliy Bondarchuk, Zygmunt Smalcerz, and Charles Poliquin.
