Sean, in his own words:
Since 2007, I have worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and fitness lifestyle expert. As a former bodybuilder to now competitive and recreational hybrid athlete at 43yo, I'm always setting new personal fitness goals and aspirations to strive towards to keep me moving forward in my health journey. I’ve completed 6 marathons (and counting) and am a HYROX pro athlete and competed at the World Championships in 2024. I love being in nature- hiking in the mountains or swimming in the ocean which helps my mental and spiritual health. I run an online transformation program for men and also offer hybrid athlete programs for beginners to advanced athletes. Throughout my career my focus has been helping people transform their health through personalized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle programs that include sleep, stress management and active recovery. One of the key differentiators with my programs is helping people go inward to uncover the deeper causes behind their roadblocks or self-sabotaging tendencies while discovering and connecting with their true "why" so they can become empowered with new, positive changes to their lifestyle habits. My philosophy is, "health and wellness is an inside job.” I love helping people discover their favorite forms of movement and self-care practices so they can unlock and realize their optimal well-being.
