More about Marcos Rivera:

Marcos Rivera is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. He began his journey in the health and wellness world as a student-athlete, growing up in Las Vegas and playing competitive baseball as a utility player. He graduated as Valedictorian of his high school with a 4.8 GPA and went on to attend the University of Nevada, Reno, where he studied engineering before earning a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from UNLV. He is also certified as a Crossfit Level 2 trainer, as well as an Integrative Health Practitioner Level 2.

Marcos is a performance health coach at Cenegenics and also runs his own on-line coaching business. He founded the non-profit Axiom Health Academy, which aims to educate students on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, he is the co-host of the popular podcast, The Macro Perspective.

Marcos lives in Henderson, NV, with his wife Brittany and their two young children, Zeke and Ari.

More about Seamus Sullivan:

Seamus Sullivan is a seasoned Performance Health Specialist with over a decade of experience in fitness, health optimization, and sports performance. He studied Kinesiology at CSU Northridge, where he was a collegiate wrestler and a competitive Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete. Seamus is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and holds additional certifications, including Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) and Precision Nutrition Level 1 & 2 (Master Health Coach).

Seamus works as a performance health coach at Cenegenics and runs his own on-line coaching business. In addition to working with clients, he shares his expertise worldwide through social media and co-hosts The Macro Perspective podcast, offering valuable insights on fitness, nutrition, and performance optimization to help a global audience improve their health and well-being.

Seamus lives in Los Angeles, CA, with his fiancée, Desiree.
