This week I had the pleasure of interviewing Lisa who is a love coach. Lisa was very open and honest about her past with co-dependency and how that impacted every area of her life. We discussed what happens when you wake up one day and are unable to recognize the shell of a human you have become. Also about the impact of when your sense of self is dependent on the external and that external world crumbles . You are the creator of your reality, so its time to look in the mirror and own who you are, what you want and what you created to do in the life. Until you are willing to break the chains of co-dependency you will never truly be free. The love you seek has always been within you. Your future self is calling, time to answer the call
