This week we are diving into the 24-hour circadian clock and how it affects us daily, how it can be affected, and ways in which to help fix your circadian clock in order to make the most out of your day. Especially living in the US, we are pushed to always set aside 40 hours minimum each week to contribute to the workforce. You might find keys that help out your afternoon slumps, be more proactive, and notice when it is time to slow down and relax before bed.
