This week we are diving into daily Ayurvedic habits that you can introduce into your life and your routines that can help you live a more balanced or even more stimulating life.  With Ayurveda and adapting or adding Ayurvedic habits into your life, you need to figure out which doshas are aligned with you.  You will either be a Pitta, Kapha, or Vata.  And of course the deeper you get into Ayurveda the more layers that pertain to this culture.
