This week we are diving into understanding Miscarriage. To start us on the right foot and to give a content warning, Miscarriage is much more common than people know or talk about. This is a heavy topic to navigate as there is much unnecessary taboo and shame placed on individuals. Especially when it happens much more than it is educated to individuals on, we will navigate an overview of what a miscarriage is, common symptoms, busting myths, risk factors, prevention, and more.
