Description

This week we are diving into the 5 Yoga Koshas which reside within our 3 Bodies (gross, subtle, and casual).  In Sanskrit the Koshas are named Annamaya Kosha (food sheath), Pranamaya Kosha (sheath of prana or life), Manomaya Kosha (mind sheath), Vijnanamaya Kosha (knowledge or wisdom sheath), and Anandamaya Kosha (bliss sheath).  We will talk about each Kosha, what they are made up of, and how to tap into each.  Getting into understanding the 3 bodies and the 5 koshas is another way in which you can deepen your relationship with your yogic body and practice.
