This week we are diving into the foundation of good health.  This comes in many different terms or phrases.  We have the elements of health,  the pyramid of health, and/or the foundation of health.  So we are taking all of this information in creating a digestible episode to focus on our health and ways to make a healthier life and lifestyle.
