Description

Anger: We all experience this emotion. It's described as being a sudden violent displeasure, but what does that really look like? What triggers anger in us? Is anger something we're predetermined to have within, is it learned, or is it possibly both? Do we have anger because we experience love and struggle? What does it look like to peel back the layers and years to address and learn to deal with our trauma?

We discuss the power and pain associated with anger, how anger plays a role in working with ADHD, and our basic understanding of the role of anger in our lives. Just like other powerful emotions, we discuss the benefits of using anger to grow and mature in order to strengthen our relationships, and find humility. While it's easy to suggest that anger is undesired, we would suggest it is vital to a successful life.

If you want to dive deeper into harnessing the positive forces behind your own anger, please get in touch with us for a consultation. We believe that everyone is capable of greatness, even through reflection on our anger.
