Description

This week the guys talk about extreme ownership. What does it mean to practice extreme ownership? For one, it means thinking of our own contributions to a situation or conversation before anyone else’s, resulting in self-analysis before creating a story in our heads about the other participant(s) and what they might be thinking. The benefit of extreme ownership results in curiosity about ourselves as well as the people we interact with by creating pause, and calling on us to pay attention to what we did in the exchange to influence the outcome.

How do we show up when we’ve made mistakes, and what lessons can be learned? This is difficult as a parent, so how do we help our kids with these same lessons? Especially children who have ADHD! Tune in as the guys share stories on how taking responsibility can lead to growth, and what better way to show our kids how it’s done by showing up. Check out at theadhdads.com.
