કબીર ના દોહા માં રામ શબ્દ વારેવારે આવે છે . અહીં રામ એટલે માત્ર અયોધ્યા ના રાજા દશરથ ના પુત્ર એમ નહિ. કબીર ના રામ એટલે ભગવાન , પરમતત્વ , પરમસત્ય , પરમાત્મા , પરમબ્રહ્મ આ સૌ માટે " રામ " શબ્દ પ્રતીકાત્મક રીતે પ્રયોજાતો આવ્યો છે.
