Emunahs theme song Hold to Your Faith was
written, sung and produced by Apostle Victoria Regina Lockhart of Jersey City, N.J.
founder of Club Christ Ministries.
Co-hosts Tamara and Charisse talk with Christian
author and publisher Sara Rebecca DeWitt
of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, about the more than 30 books that she has written. She has mastered the art of mingling fact and fiction in her books to show
Christians how God really is in control and has the grace and mercy, willingness and power to fix any problem we create.
Its all in the vision that He gives, DeWitt says to
explain how she depends on her relationship with God and His Holy Spirit to provide ideas, subject matter, dialog and other material for her books.
She stresses that she speaks from the experiences and encounters of daily living. This is necessary because a lot of times in the land of Christian-ese nobody is transparent, she notes.
DeWitt has been writing for more than 25 years,
beginning with inspirational articles, moving to childrens short stories and then salacious novels about people with chaotic lives who seek the help of Jesus.
Im dealing with the underworld. Im dealing with
suicide. Im dealing with kidnapping. Im dealing with drugs, even got plastic surgery in the book, she says chuckling about her latest trio of books: Reason,
Sabotage and Contempt.
