I took the day off work, which put me in an extremely happy mood. It felt great! And then I got caught monologuing for over 30 minutes. I surprise myself sometimes with how much I’ve grown over the past couple years. I need to re-listen to these episodes often, because when I do have hard days, it’s so easy to forget the progress you have made.
