Depending on your church background, the word "Lent" could mean something completely different to you than the person next to you or it could mean nothing at all. Lent is a period that reminds us to empty ourselves of lesser things so that we might be filled with the greater things of the gospel of Jesus. From March 8 - April 5, as we move closer to Easter, let's align our desires with Jesus and follow His story from the wilderness to the cross.
