Hello fellow Arrowheads! Welcome to the FINAL episode of Longbow Hunters: The Arrow Podcast, the podcast dedicated to covering the CW's hit superhero television series: Arrow. For over five years, Woo S! Kim and I have not been trapped on a hellish Island known as Lian Yu, but we have been friends, back then we were joined through Smallville, since then it has expanded further than either of us thought it would and has brought us to Arrow. We started Longbow Hunters back in the summer of 2012, not knowing if Arrow would be a hit or a miss but we decided to take the chance. Since then, we have had the absolute pleasure to talk about Arrow, Green Arrow, DC Comics, and more on air with this show for the past two years with all of you guys who we hold very near and dear to our hearts. We've been able to talk with Marc Guggenheim, Blake Neely, Jeff Lemire (behind the scenes anyways), and all of you about Arrow, the character of Green Arrow, and about our show and we've had a blast doing it.
Unfortunately, it is time to "bid adieu" as I am moving on to the next stage of my life and as Woo and I's lives both become much more busy, certainly busier than they were two years ago. Although we gave some of you guys shout outs in our finale episode, which you can find the links to below of download via the Across the Airwaves iTunes/Stitcher pages, I would like to again thank Dan & Nico, Andy, Christopher Wietrick, Alisa Lea, Jay, Lauren, VerdantArrow, Steve & Derek - our inspiration, and a host of others for your love, support, and dedication to Longbow Hunters as we took this two year journey through the DC Universe. It's almost fitting that we're leaving just as some of our favorite characters are given their sends offs on Arrow, like Slade Wilson & Sara Lance (who quite frankly, we don't ever have to see again), and we see that Oliver has finally taken his first steps off of Lian Yu in the flashbacks, just as we saw him do in the "Pilot" almost two years ago.
