Pastor Kevin Atkinson joins us this morning preaching on what the Bible says about misinformation. Misinformation has always shaped human behavior, just look at Genesis 3 with Adam and Eve! Modern culture is flooded with information that can confuse and distort truth, and in the beginning, sin introduced a deceptive landscape where God’s instructions were questioned. The enemy’s subtle strategy involved planting a deceptive idea, appealing to a distorted desire, and ultimately leading to destructive behavior. By twisting the truth rather than creating lies outright, the enemy convinced Eve to question God’s authority and pursue a shortcut instead of trusting God’s process.
