A few tips to becoming a Change Leader.
1. Become a change leader, and create possibilities for others from where you are standing.
2. Repeat these words, and make it a reality no matter the situation you are going through.
3. It can be difficult to move from a situation or a challenge, but when you give yourself a moment set take a step away from that situation, you will feel and see the difference.
4. Hold on to that moment, and repeat.
Always keep in mind that in any situation, you have control of your actions no matter how difficult it might seem or feel.
This does not minimize the hurt, frustration or sadness you might be feeling. But do you want that to define who you are?
