Description

The book of Kings narrates the last few days of King David and the recommendations he gave his son Solomon, heir to the throne, which are summarized in "keep the teachings of God in your heart and stick to his law because He is and will always be faithful to His promise." 1 Kings 2:11 reiterates "David was king over Israel for forty years: he was king seven years in Hebron and thirty-three years in Jerusalem.

Today God is asking you. How are you living the the Kingdom? David lived his reign in many ways, but the most important thing in his life was not his power, or his sin, but rather that he was humble enough to accept his mistakes, ask for forgiveness with intention, and follow God's commandments at difficult times as well as prosperous. These qualities earned the admiration of the whole nation and make him be loved. Today God invites you to look at His Kingdom beyond a place or a future event because Jesus himself has told us that the Kingdom is among us. We are seed and germ, which is planted, dies and bears fruit. That today we may open ourselves to the Love of God, die from attachments or unhealthy habits and bear fruits of service so as it says in Romans live it in justice, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

May the Lord open our hearts to His Eternal love 🙏💕🕊️
