Danny currently serves as an Organizational Psychology Consultant. Danny first began their career leveraging storytelling, speaking about their personal experience with Sexual Orientation Change Efforts, of which Danny experienced as a youth in Washington State. Danny's work explores the concept of embracing resilience over reaction, which they used to help ban state-sanctioned sexual orientation efforts for minors in Washington State.
Danny's story has been featured in various media outlets, including USA Today, Huffington Post, KNKX, The Seattle Times, and the 2020 Cannes' Jury Award Winning Film "Unconverting."
Danny now holds a Masters of Education in both Organizational Behavior and Adult Education, and is a Newman Civic Fellow.
