Description

One name. That is the very last thing Houston investigators need to finally identify all 28 victims of Dean Corll, aka, the Candyman Killer, active from 1970 - 1973. Fifty years later, experts with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are hoping new technology can help give the last remaining victim his identity back. All it takes is one tip.
