Bonus pod with local Professional Boxer, Jamal "Shango" James. Jamal is a Minneapolis Native who trains out of the Circle of Discipline Boxing Gym in town. A former Welterweight Titlist, Shango returns to the ring this Saturday at the Armory to face Argentine Fighter, Alberto Palmetta. Few weeks back I was able to sit down with Jamal to talk about his return to the ring along with this upcoming fight.
