Angela Wolle feels blessed to have a rich & varied career over decades, that has taken her from working in Fortune 500 companies as an executive in organizational design and leadership development, to start-ups of multiple 501-c’s and serving as an ordained United Methodist pastor. Throughout this journey she has followed her calling to create healing and transformational settings for people and optimizing organizational cultures that bring their mission and values to life.

Over the 30 years she held leadership roles, there were times when she found herself on the verge of burnout, toying with quitting, but compelled to stay due to her calling to serve.

She has helped 100’s of leaders regenerate a sustainable career that is life giving and reclaim their spiritual center as a certified Professional Integral Coach and Spiritual Director.

Angela was the founding member of the Recovery CafĂŠ in downtown Seattle, which is an organization that supports those who are in recovery from homelessness and addiction, find healing, hope and wholeness. The Recovery CafĂŠ now has over 70 locations across the country.

When Angela is not working, she is kayaking, hiking, biking with her spouse, Cathy and enjoying time with her yellow lab, Ivy, who loves to compete in dock diving. She currently lives in Tacoma, WA.
