It's a soulful combination of the elements of Jazz & spoken word .. He is a native of Hartford, Connecticut and his roots can be found in The Church. He is a protégé of Dr. Randy Weston and been around the best in jazz like Yusef Lateef, Benny Golson, Red Holloway, Slide Hampton, Curtis Fuller and many more ..
