I've always said that we are all "light and shadow" but I never realized the context of this as it related to trauma. Wow! We all have both sides of ourselves, but the shadow side, the unconscious, is in the driver's seat. How much of it is in the driver's seat? 96%! Listen to this episode to find out more and how you can begin to "befriend" shame and make it one of your greatest tools for connection and belonging.
