I had no idea what it would take mentally, physicallyl, emotionally, and spiritually to become a Trauma-informed Embodiment Coach but it has been so worth the journey to get HERE!
More than anything, I am so grateful to God for leading and guiding me with such grace and faith in my ability to embrace this new calling to help my sisters (that's YOU!) to come "home" to themselves - that place of regulation, connection, peace, and graciousness. "Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid" is what we're all meant to live into (maybe not all the time) but building our foundation in that place will help you to connect with the divine within you.
