When we are up-leveling, Starting something new or stepping outside of our comfort zone it can feel like our worlds start to crush around us.
Our ego wants to keep us safe and do the habits we have been doing for years and years because that is all it knows how to do. But we can train our brains to create these new habits. Dive into the unknown and push ourselves to new levels by observing what is really going on around us and let ourselves know that this is normal to feel a little unsure. Question ourselves but that doesn't mean we pause or freeze... We have to take a deep breath and send love to our inner ego because we are safe, We are supported.
