Joan Virginia Allen has a unique career journey from attorney to becoming a fitness trainer in her 60s. At 71 she had a serendipitous meeting with biomechanist, Katy Bowman where she trained to become a Restorative Movement Coach. Her journey doesn’t end there. At 81 she trained to become a life coach and now owns her own life coaching business.
She then went on to start Dynamic Aging 4 Life online magazine which is a compilation of individual’s stories that challenge the stereotypes of aging and inspire and empower others to explore what’s possible. Today, at 85 she’s at the helm of the Dynamic Aging 4 Life magazine and continues to embrace life’s adventures.
Joan's journey is a reminder that it's never too late to pursue your passions, take on new challenges, and live life to the fullest.
