When we set new goals, our mind will start to tell us all the reasons why we can't or won't actually achieve what we have set out to do. These are called limiting beliefs. In this episode, Arianna goes through some examples of limiting beliefs, why and how they come up for you when you are trying to grow, and provides a quick exercise for you to find what your limiting beliefs are. The mind is a powerful entity, and the more we can tune our thoughts to be supportive, the faster and easier we will achieve our goals. It's the mind's job to keep us safe and comfortable, but we all know in order to create and experience more, we have to get out of our comfort zones.
