Peter then expanded into the pool manufacturing industry in North America, contributing to the growth of a NASDAQ-listed company with multiple production plants.
Across these diverse industries, he learned the importance of selecting the right franchisees, balancing rapid growth with sustainability, and supporting franchisees through data-driven metrics.
Now, Peter focuses on a portfolio career involving board roles and mentoring, emphasising agile strategic planning to navigate the complexities of today’s economic and technological landscape.
