Episode 7 - Walk to End Alzheimer's with Madison Ross

Alzheimer's is a devastating disease that affects millions of people worldwide. It is a progressive brain disorder that slowly destroys memory and thinking skills and eventually the ability to carry out the simplest tasks. Currently, there is no cure for Alzheimer's, and the disease is the sixth leading cause of death in the United States.

In this episode of Connecting Kansas City, we talk with Madison Ross, an Alzheimer's Association Ambassador, about the Walk to End Alzheimer's and the work that the Alzheimer's Association is doing to find a cure for this disease.
